2.Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

2. Damaged goods

Return requests should be email to lvluxury2011@hotmail.com  to explain the return reasons within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client.

For any return request motivated by a quality issue, client would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to our customer service officer, as to allow us to validate the fact product is indeed defective. Please email us with a tracking number of your return. Once we receive your return package, we will refund or exchange items for you.
